The source of this regulation is from the Office of the Telecommunication Authorit (OFTA) in Hong Kong. It provides the clear guideline to business sectors on performing the electronic messages (i.e. E-mails, SMS, Fax and pre-recorded voice message) for electronic-related method of business activities.
