According to the regulations
from Hong Kong SAR on using personal privacy information or sending electronic
message to the public users, corporate have responsibility to set the clear
guideline for their employee on using personal information.

regulation is from the Office of the Telecommunication Authorit (OFTA) in Hong
Kong. It provides the clear guideline to
business sectors on performing the electronic messages (i.e. E-mails, SMS, Fax
and pre-recorded voice message) for electronic-related method of business
activities.
